Description
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS NIDT SOLICITATION (18-MDP-TESTCUP), YOU MUST ENROLL AS AN "INTERESTED VENDOR" FOR THIS SOLICITATION. AFTER THE JULY 7, 2017 SOLICITATION CLOSING, A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION WILL BE SENT TO ALL QUALIFIED, INTERESTED VENDORS WHO ENROLLED. * Cups must be individually packaged with the expiration date and lot number located on the packaging. * Product delivered shall have a minimum expiration date of 12 months from date government receives. * Cup size must be 3 to 5 inches tall with a 2.5 to 3 inch inner diameter * Cup must be clear and include the test panel * Cup must contain a control line indicator * Cup's lid/seal must allow for leak free shipping * Full results must be available within 5 minutes * Cross reactivity: for each drug tested, the contractor shall provide a list of all cross-reacting substances that the contractor is aware of in order to reduce the need for the government to confirm test results. * Results of tests must be readable for at least 60 minutes after results are given. * Cup must have a built in temperature strip. * Cup must have an 8 panel test with the following cut-offs: - Cocaine (150 ng/ml) - Marijuana (50 ng/ml) - Opiates (300 ng/ml) - Methamphetamines (500 ng/ml) - Phencyclidine (25 ng/ml) - Amphetamine (500 ng/ml) - Oxycodone (100 ng/ml) - Benzodiazepines (200 ng/ml) * Technical support must be available M-F, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST * Remote training must be available at no cost * Upon award of contract, company must be able to provide first shipment within 30 days * Company must have the ability to ship to multiple destinations for each order (approximately 34 locations); order must be received within 10 business days of order being placed.
