S--Additional Law Enforcement Patrols in Asotin County for Army Corps Administered Lands and Waters During the Summer Season.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, intends to award under authority of FAR 6.302-1 to the Asotin County Sheriff Department an agreement for additional law enforcement patrols for Army Corps administered lands and waters in Asotin Cou nty during the peak summer season. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements. This is a commercial service that will be acquired under FAR Part 12. No RFQ will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent.
