S--Law Enforcement Services with Bern Township Police Department for Blue Marsh Lake

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District intends to award on a sole source basis to Township of Bern for Law Enforcement Services at Blue Marsh Lake. This procurement is using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is for Law Enforcement Services at Blue Marsh Lake with the Bern Township Police Department. No RFQ will be issued based on this notice. However, all information received within (3) calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. All contractors are required to be registered in the DODs Central Contract Register before award as required by DFARS 204.7300.
