The procurement is using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is for Law Enforcement Services with the township of Bern for the period of 10 April 2011 through 24 September 2011. No RFQ will be issued based on this notice. However, all information received within three (3) calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
