The United States Probation Office for the District of Utah will soon begin the solicitation process for the 2015 fiscal year, service start date 10/01/2014. As a result of this process we intend to award Blanket Purchase Agreements for UA Collection and Sex Offender Treatment , for the following areas in Utah: Sex Offender Treatment: Northern Utah, Salt Lake County, Utah County, St. George, Eastern Utah; UA Collection Services: Northern Utah, Salt Lake County, Utah County, St. George. The Request For Proposal (RFP) has been issued by the Administrative Office in Washington D.C. , and will be posted to the U.S. District Court website very soon, (7/1/14 or 7/2/14). If you are interested in submitting a proposal in either of these two areas, please review the requirements of the RFP, and plan on attending the Vendor Information Session on July 22nd, 2014 , at the new Federal Courthouse, 351 South West Temple St., Suite 2.402 . The session will begin at 11:30 , and will run approximately one hour, ending with a Q & A session. As all proposals will be due by 4:30 PM on 7/30/14 , please come prepared with any questions you have about filling out your proposals. If you are unable to attend this Information Session, we will send out a meeting recap shortly after the meeting. Thank you for your interest in providing these services.
