The Architect of the Capitol has a requirement for design and installation of a bird control netting system and areas that are not best served by a netting system shall utilize a post-and-wire system in twelve locations at the United States Capitol, Washington, D.C., The Contractor shall design, furnish all supplies, equipment, personnel and services to perform the work.
