G--Services in support of the Navy Judge Advocate General's Office in regarding victims of sexual assualt.

The NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Philadelpia Office intends to make an award on a sole source basis to The Voices and Faces Project, to provide film a fifteen to thirty minute video with substantive interviews of multiple victims of sexual assault who have gone through the military justice process. Additionally, prior to the filming of the video, a questionnaire will be developed in order to gather pertinent information from potential personnel willing to be interviewed for the video and that questionnaire will scope the area of questioning for each victim.
