S -- Dry Cleaning Services

Minot AFB ND intends to establish a firm-fixed price contract for Base Dry Cleaning Service. The contractor shall perform all base dry cleaning service as required by the Statement of Work. The performance period will be a base period and four (4) one year options. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 812320, with a Small Business Size Standard of $4.5M. The government intends to solicit this requirement as a 100 percent small business set-aside. The contract will be accomplished as a Commercial Item in accordance with FAR Part 12, Utilizing Commercial Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiations. Offers will be evaluated utilizing Best Value Procedures. All eligible responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued on or about 5 Dec. 2007.
