FY 2013 Funding Opportunity Announcement for NGO programs benefiting Afghan returnees and refugees in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

In FY 2013, PRM's focus is to support Afghan refugee returnees in Afghanistan and registered Afghan refugees in Pakistan. Proposed activities should focus on the following sectors: Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH), livelihoods, protection for extremely vulnerable groups, health, and education. See the full announcement for more details. Project proposals must be no more than $1,500,000 (per year) for single-country projects and $2,000,000 (per year) for cross-border proposals.
