To all concerns, this requirement will be processed as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This procurement consists of furnishing all management, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and any other items, supplies, or services (non-personal) to provide Wings Over Wayne Open House concessions for Seymour Johnson AFB on 12 May 2007 in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The work involved includes, but is not limited to, providing concession booths and tents, providing merchandise, food, beverages, and food supplies. Award will be based on the firm providing the best overall value to the government. The applicable NAICS code is 722330 with a small business size standard of $6,500,000.00. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 30 Jan 2007 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the soliciation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dun and Bradstreet. Registration may take up to three weeks to process.
