The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida (NAVSUP FLCJ) is hereby synopsizing an anticipated requirement for Full Food and Mess Attendant services for the Roy M. Wheat Galley located at Naval Air Station (NAS) Meridian, MS. This requirement is anticipated to be 100% set-aside for small business concerns with the intent to follow competitive procedures permitted under the Randolph-Sheppard Act (20 U.S.C. § 107), which gives priority to a blind service provider whose proposal is determined to be in the competitive range of proposals submitted. The NAICS code is 722310 and the Small Business Size Standard is $38.5M. The projected period of performance is a base period of one (1) year, with four (4) one-year option periods beginning 01 October 2019. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed price.
