This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; quotes are being requested and an written solicitation will be issued on or around 15 February 2007. Solicitation number FA4600-07-T-0003 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-15. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electric announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 713940, and the small business size standard is $6.5 Million. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order for the following: Aerobic instructors needed for aerobic classes. This requirement is to be paid per class, not to exceed 26 classes per week and 676 classes from 1 April 2007 through 30 September 2007. This requirement also includes the use of options between 1 Oct 07 ? 30 Sep 2011. Please reference solicitation #FA4600-07-T-0003 on all correspondence.
