R--Employee Assistance Services, VAMC, Columbia, MO12/4/07Amendment No. 0002, Cancellation of Solicitation

The VA Heartland Network 15 has a requirement for Employee Assistance Services for the Harry S. Truman Memorial VA Medical Center, Columbia, MO 65201. Services include providing employee assistance in dealing with life at work and at home, provide short term counseling, problem identification assistance, problem resolution assistance, family counseling and will maintain confidentiality of employees who request these services. Contract will be for a base period of one year estimated to begin January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008 with option to renew four (4) additional one-year periods. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for award to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. Offers or quotations from other than service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated on Technical Factors, Past Performance and Price in accordance with the evaluation criteria identified in the solicitation. Request for Quotation will be available on or about November 2, 2007. Due date for receipt of offers is December 4 2007, 4:00 p.m. CST. Anticipated award date is December 14, 2007. This solicitation has been cancelled in its entirety. See Amendment 0002.
