G -- RFP 200-0955-MA, Performance Base Residential Reentry Center, Washington, DC

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing Performance-based Residential Reentry Center Services (RRC) services for male Federal offenders within the city limits of Washington, DC. Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Performance Work Statement entitled, ?Residential Reentry Center, dated November 2004, Revision 1 August 2005.? This is a firm-fixed unit price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract. The services are estimated to be 100% male. The estimated number of inmate days is 82,200 minimum/164,400 maximum for the initial three-year base period; 27,375 minimum/54,750 maximum for award terms one, three, four, five and seven; and 27,450 minimum/54,900 maximum for award terms two and six, respectively. The solicitation will be available on or after January 1, 2007, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
