Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to award sole source agreements to five (5) nursing facilities in the VA Philadelphia catchment area for the provision of onsite nursing home services for eligible Veteran recipients currently housed at those facilities. The sole source awards will remain in effect until the facility no longer houses VA residents. The justification and approval is attached.
