Urban Indian Health Services

The Portland Area Indian Health Service intends to award a non-competitive Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Cost-Reimbursement contract with the NATIVE Project, Spokane, Washington. This is in accordance with the Snyder Act of 1921 (25 USC 13) and Title V of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act (P.L. 94-437) as amended. Title V allows for new contracts, contract renewals and the replacement contract requiring non-competitive awards for provision and continuation of Urban Indian Health Programs. The only known source available who can complete the contract requirements is NATIVE Project. No requests for the solicitation package will be accepted.
