Q--Dothan Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC)

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 7) intends to solicit proposals from contractors to provide Primary Care & Mental Health Community Based Outpatient Clinic Primary Care/Mental Health Services at a contractor operated and owned/leased facility located in Dothan, Alabama. The parent medical center is Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System (CAVHCS) located in Montgomery AL. The VA anticipates issuing a competitive unrestricted solicitation for this requirement on or about July 17, 2017. The proposal due date will be approximately 30 calendar days after the solicitation is issued. The expected performance period shall be November 1, 2017 through October 31, 2020 for a base period of 12 months and 2 additional 12 month option periods (total of 3 years). It is expected the contractor s facility will be fully staffed and operational to provide all patient care services on November 1, 2017. The estimated number of enrolled veteran patients is 4,000 to 5,000 and approximately 20-30 appointments per day are anticipated. Interested offerors will be responsible for downloading copies of the contemplated solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the proposal submission process. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database.
