Q--Podiatry services to be performed for the VAMedical Center Sheridan, Wyoming and its' fourclinics located in the following Wyoming cities:Gillette, Casper, Riverton, Rock Springs, andPowell.

The Veterans Affairs Medical Center Sheridan, Wyoming intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract, or firm fixed price contracts, to provide Podiatry Services required at the VA Medical Center, Sheridan, WY and its' associated Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC). This solicitation can result in multiple awarded contracts (i.e. there could be one award for each Line Item listed, or an individual contractor could be award more than one Line Items, or an individual contractor could be awarded all Line Items) Offerors can make priced offers on one, or more than one, or all Line Items, and still be considered responsive and eligible for award. Podiatry procedures to be performed as follows: a. The Sheridan VAMC from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm every 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Wednesday of each month with the option to order additional clinic days to keep wait times less than 30 days. b. The Gillette CBOC, day (4 hours) two times each month with the option to order additional clinic days to keep wait times less than 30 days. c. The Casper CBOC, day (4 hours) two times each month with the option to order additional clinic days to keep wait times less than 30 days. d. The Riverton CBOC, day (4 hours) two times each month with the option to order additional clinic days to keep wait times less than 30 days. e. The Rock Springs CBOC, to perform necessary podiatry services at the contractors office.
