The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Groton Contracting Department, Groton, CT 06349-5000, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for qualified training personnel in support of the NTTC Meridian “A� and “C� and NTTC Fort Lee “A� School students using the policies and procedures of FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% small business set aside. The activity’s small business office concurs with this set aside determination. Navy’s Learning Site Naval Technical Training Centers (NTTC) Meridian and Fort Lee “A� and “C� School requires training support services to provide training for military, civilian personnel and foreign students. The services required are instruction of course content, remediation/testing assistance for students, maintenance of instructional technical training equipment, curriculum maintenance and on site contractor training management at Meridian MS only. Services are expected to begin on 01 Oct 2016. The period of performance is for a base year with four one-year options. The anticipated award date is on or around 15 Sep 2016.
