Hotwire training for 1/75 RR

This pre-solicitation notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this notice. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Stewart (MICC-FS), on behalf of the U.S. Army Sustainment Command, in support of Fort Stewart, Georgia, has a requirement for training support to 1st BN, 75th Ranger Regiment. The training objective is to successfully start a vehicle using hotwiring techniques in order to provide and rehearse the skills necessary to move vehicles off of a flight line. The contractor will be required to provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP) as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to support 1st BN, 75th Ranger Regiment in their training cycle. This procurement is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 611692 which includes Driver training schools. The Government anticipates release of solicitation W9124M19R0002 on or about 31 October 2018. The following information is provided in advance of the release of the solicitation: This requirement will result in a Single Award Contract, using a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) business arrangement. This is a base plus four year option periods with no phase-in for the base year. The anticipated performance period is 25 November 2018 through 5 December 2018 for the base year. For option year periods, the performance will be executed once per fiscal year (01 OCT-30 SEP) in conjunction with the 1/75 training cycle. The solicitation and all amendments will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov/. Offerors are responsible for checking the website daily for any changes to the solicitation. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
