This is a notice of intent by the Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC), 2017 17th Street Suite 68, Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234-5068 to issue a sole-source contract to Genesis Concepts & Consultants for the instruction of Battle Command systems (BCS) and the Army Medical Department (AMEDD) Business Systems.
