U -- Iraqi Women's Information Communications Technologies (ICT) Training and On-Line Learning Center

The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) intends to issue a request for proposals to negotiate a competitive contract for an Iraqi Women’s Information Communication Technologies (ICT) Training and On-Line Learning Center. USTDA anticipates award of a single contract, on a firm fixed price basis. The solicitation package will be available on or about June 18, 2004. The solicitation, all related documents and amendments, and all questions and answers, if any, will only be released and available electronically through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) at http://www.eps.gov under the EPS for vendors option followed by selection of the U. S. Trade and Development Agency. Potential vendors are responsible for accessing the website. No paper copies of the solicitation will be distributed. Accordingly, no written, telephonic, facsimile or email requests for the solicitation package will be honored, and no bidders lists will be maintained.
