This pre-solicitation notice is being issued pursuant to FAR 5.204.The US Air Force Academy currently has a need for management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that portable chemical toilet services and wash station services are performed at the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado, and at Farish Memorial Park (approximately 35 miles northwest of the Academy) in a manner that will maintain a sanitary condition, and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 562991 - Septic Tank and Related Services, with a small business size standard of $6,500,000.00. This requirement will be 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). It is the Government?s intention to award a Firm-Fixed Price service contract by Request for Proposal (RFP). The proposed period of performance includes basic year from 1 July 2007 through 30 Jun 2008, and four (4) one-year option periods extending through 30 Jun 2013.
