W--Lease of 131 portable latrines and 2 hand washing stations for the Fort Bragg Range Control on Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center - Fort Bragg intends to release a solicitation to lease 131 portable latrines and 2 hand washing stations for the Fort Bragg Range Control at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. This action will be conducted as a commercial service acquisition in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The Government intends to solicit this acquisition set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. This requirement will have a period of performance that begins 1 October 2008 through 30 September 2009 with four (4) 1-year options. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 562991, Septic Tank and Related Services and the small business size standard is $7M. The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ), W91247-08-T-0283 on or around 22 September 2008 with a closing date of 25 September 2008. The RFQ and amendments will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi.
