S -- Svcs for Insp, Operation, Maint of Former McClellan AFB, CA Industrial Waste System

This requirement is for the inspection, operation and maintenance of the former McClellan AFB, CA Industrial Wastewater (Sewer) System. Work shall include preventive maintenance and as-required repair, monthly report preparation and other services. Contractor shall be required to perform tasks in a hazardous environment and must meet the requirements of 29 CFR 1910. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. Period of performance: 12 months. The purchase order will include both firm fixed price and time and materials line items. Award will be in accordance with the evaluation factors set forth in the solicitation. A solicitation will be issued on or about Jan 12, 2007, close Feb 12, 2007. Performance effective date: o/a Mar 01, 2007. No email quotations will be accepted. A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, Jan 24, 2007, between 1300 ? 1500 hours. Contact Contracting Officer to rsvp for site visit.
