The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Grounds Maintenance Services, Colebrook River Lake Project, North End Colebrook Reservoir, Colebrook, CT and Sandisfield, MA THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to mow and trim approximately five (5) acres of fine lawn; rough mow approximately one and a half (1.5) acres of lawn; Aeration of approximately two and three quarters (2.75) acres of lawn areas(entrance/green building/office/road ways), and spring/fall clean up on approximately five (5) acres. This is not a request for offers at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about March 01, 2021. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website ( www.beta.SAM.gov ). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $8 Million.
