The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Grounds Maintenance Services, East Brimfield Lake Project Area, Sturbridge, Brimfield and Holland, MA. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnishing all equipment, materials, labor and transportation necessary for grounds maintenance services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This is not a request for offers at this time.
