The United States Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine, has a requirement for supply and installation of shatter resistant window films for USG owned/rented property in Kyiv. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and two one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine will launch the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website when it is available. Please see the RFQ for the quotation due date and time. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses. To be considered for the award, all vendors submitting offers or quotations for this requirement must self-certify conformance in their profile at SAM.gov representations as required in FAR 52.204-24, FAR 52.204-25 and FAR 52.204-26.
