Description of items: Milestone software protection plan, software analysis & optimization, security system preventive maintenance, and training hours, Brand Name or Equivalent, for White City VAMC, base plus four option years. White City VA Medical Center, 8495 Crater Lake Hwy., White City, OR 97503. Base Year: 4/11/2025 – 4/10/2026 Option Year One: 4/11/2026 – 4/10/2027 Option Year Two: 4/11/2027 – 4/10/2028 Option Year Three: 4/11/2028 – 4/10/2029 Option Year Four: 4/11/2029 – 4/10/2030 3.
