Q--Primary Care Locum Tenens Physician for the Mena Community Based Outpatient Clinic, Mena Arkansas

This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) located in Little Rock, Arkansas requires one (1) board certified/board eligible Primary Care locum tenens physician, Family Practice or Internal Medicine, who will provide primary care physician services at the Mena Community Based Outpatient Clinic located in Mena, AR. The NAICS code assigned to this procurement will be 561320 Temporary Help Services, with a size standard of $27.5 million. It is anticipated that the solicitation number will be VA256-17-Q-0580. The solicitation will be set-aside for service disabled veteran owned business. Offerors will be evaluated on Technical Capability, Past Performance, veteran preference, and Price. Procurement is being made in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation will contain requirements for a six-month base period and a six-month option period to renew. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about May 1, 2017 and will be issued via FedBizOpps Electronic Posting System at http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
