Operations and Maintenance Services (Mechanical, Custodial, Grouds, Snow Removal) at the Turner Port of Entry/Climax Station, Turner, Montana (GS-08P-13-VG-C-0029)

THE SOLICITATION AND IT'S RESULTANT CONTRACT WILL BE SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. This is a joint Port of Entry facility between the U.S. Government and the Canada Government. Full Operations and Maintenance Services (to include Mechanical, Custodial, Grounds Maintenance, and Snow Removal) at the Turner Port of Entry/Climax Station, Turner, Montana. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment. The contractor shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of all services described in the solicitation. The applicable Service Contract Act Wage Determination and security requirements shall apply. NAICS - 561210 with a size standard of $35.5 million. This is a performance-based solicitation. Base Year with Two (2) Option Periods. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 24, 2013, with proposals due not later than COB August 23, 2013. Anticipated Start date is: September 1, 2013. The subject solicitation includes Sensitive but Unclassified (SBU) information. For reasons of security and before release of SBU information, the requestor must complete the Document Security Notice to Prospective Bidders/Offerors Form, and provide the following information: company name and address; point of contact name; phone number; and email address; company DUNS number and Tax ID number; and a copy of the company's business license.
