This is the formal public announcement of the performance decision for the A-76 Streamlined Competition for the records management functional activities performed at the Coast Guard Personnel Command (CGPC) located at Ballston Commons Plaza at 4200 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, VA. The competition was conducted by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard (USCG) in accordance with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76 (revised), Performance of Commercial Activities, dated May 29, 2003. A performance decision has been rendered favoring the agency. This performance decision officially ends this streamlined competition.
