Lease Space to the U.S. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT In Jacksonville, Florida REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is interested in leasing office and related space consisting of approximately 27,500 square feet of rentable space. Rentable space shall yield 26,000 BOMA Office area square feet, available for use by Military Entrance Processing (MEPS) for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Area of consideration: Jacksonville Central Business District and the area described below: Beginning at the intersection of Phillips and Bowden Rd, proceeding east along Bowden to Belfort Rd, north on Belfort to Hogan Rd, proceeding east along Hogan to Rte 115. South on Rte 115 to the intersection of Rte 115 and Phillips. Northwest on Phillips back to the intersection of Phillips and Bowden. All buildings and/or sites MUST be able to have a MINIMUM 148ft setback (45meters) from the building to the nearest parking per DOD security standards. NO BUILDING OR SITE will be considered that cannot meet this requirement. This procurement will utilize source selection procedures. Lease Term/Occupancy: Fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm The Government reserves the right to amend the delineated area and the terms of the lease. Expressions of interest shall include the following: -Building name, address, associated literature with floor plans demonstrating ability to achieve the setback to parking -Site location, site plans, aerial photos, pictures, etc. Proof of land control required for consideration of award.
