This activity is to provide a retro-commissioning study of the Federal Building US Post Office and US Courthouse located at 825 Jadwin Avenue, Richland Washington, 99352. The Retro-Commissioning study is necessary to support the energy conservation and sustainability measures to be implemented as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The Retro-Commissioning study is focused on building systems which affect energy use and indoor environment. This includes infiltration of the building envelope and heat loss. The study will not include smoke, fire detection, fire protection equipment, elevators, or plug load equipment such as computers, copiers, et cetera.
