R--VRM Planning Support

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Acquisition and Logistics, Technology Acquisition Center, located at 260 Industrial Way West, Eatontown, NJ, intends to enter into a one year Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract with one (1) year option, on the basis of other than full and open competition, for support services required for the development and successful implementation of the Veterans Relationship Management (VRM) Program. In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8127(c) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-5 "Authorized or required by statute", this acquisition will be a sole source set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Systems Made Simple, Inc, 149 Northern Concourse, Syracuse, NY 13212. The Contractor will provide support to the Program Executive Office (PEO) in the areas of coordination, collaboration, oversight / reporting, requirements gathering, documentation, validation, change management, and financial analysis support. Specific tasks include; providing general business analysis, facilitating and participating in integrated baseline reviews, coordinating the VRM control process, developing, validating and documenting business requirements, developing and maintaining Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Exhibit 300 documentation and exception spend plans, and Setting-up and maintaining VRM websites and sharepoint sites. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) Code/Size is 541618/$7M. This notification shall close on Friday, August 9, 2010.
