R--NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT BETWEEN - 128TH AIR REFUELING WING AND FAMILY READINESS AND SUPPORT SERVICES CONTRACTOR

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to Luedke and Schultz for eleven months (11) for Family Readiness and Support Services for the 128th Air Refueling Wing, Wisconsin Air National Guard Base, Milwaukee, Wisconsin using Si mplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award is 1 Nov 2005. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. The intent of this Notice is for informational purposes o nly. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
