Synopsis: In accordance with FAR 6.302-5, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Acquisition Service- Frederick located 8490 Progress Drive, Frederick, MD 21701, intends to award a sole source contract utilizing the statutory authority under Public Law 109-461 to a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business in accordance with the requirements contained in FAR Part 5 and under the authority of 38 USC § 8127(B) and VAAR 819.7007. This constitutes the only announcement. A written solicitation will not be issued. Description: The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Acquisition Service- Frederick has a requirement for Project Manager Support and Communications Support Services for the International Classification of Diseases 10th Revision (ICD-10) for the Health Administration Center in Denver, Colorado. The VA intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for the above mentioned services. The contract will be performed in Denver, Colorado. The Period of Performance is one Year from Date of Award with the option to renew for an additional year. In accordance with VAAR 819.7007, award will be made on a sole source basis to Evoke Research and Consulting, LLC, a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business.
