This is the DRAFT Request for Quote (RFQ) for Specialized Cost Services (SCS) II. It is anticipated that this RFQ will be set aside for General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Small Business contract holders whose GSA MAS contract includes Special Item Number (SIN) 541611 - Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services. The Acquisition Planning Forecast System (APFS) number for this requirement is: F2023060668. The DRAFT documents and language within this Draft RFQ are subject to change. Should any language in the DRAFT documents conflict with the final issued RFQ, the final RFQ shall take precedence. Attachment 2 and Attachment 3 are not included in this draft RFQ but will be provided in the final RFQ.
