R -- NAMAF (Military Air Force) C2 Operational Management Support for Transportation, C2 Systems, and AOC Experimentation

The AMC Contracting Flight (AMC) anticipates issuance of a solicitation as a total small business set aside for MAF (Military Air Force) C2 Operational Management Support for Transportation, C2 Systems, and AOC Experimentation. The proposed tasks include: Task Management; MAF,CAF,JEFX,AOC Support Current/Future; MAF C2 System Functional Management Support; Requirements Management and Linkage for Operational Requirements to the Capabilities Integration. The required support will include operational analysis, technical reports, briefings, presentations, database development and maintenance, modernization studies and to act as the primary functional management point of contact for the MAF functional user community and to various development/testing communities associated with MAF C2 and Transportation Systems. The resultant contract will be a one (1) year base period commencing on 1 Oct 07 with four (4) one (1) year option periods. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. Anticipated issuance date of solicitation is on or about July 26, 2007. The government intends to solicit this solicitation as a total small business set aside using the (NAICS) code of 541519. The size standard is $23,500,000. This solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fedbizopps.gov).
