A -- Engineering and Maintenance support of the High Band Digital Preprocessor (HBDP)

This is a notice of intent from the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) to procure technical engineering and operational support for integration, testing and troubleshooting of the High Band Digital Prepocessor (HBDP) equipment on an other than full and open competitive basis with Raytheon Company Missile Division, 50 Apple Hill Drive, Tewskbury MA 01876-0901. The equipment will be located at the NRL’s Chesapeake Bay Detachment (CBD). The period of performance is from the date of contract award through Forty-two months/September 30, 2008.
