Program management, engineering and other support services to support the Maritime Surveillance Aircraft Program, PMA-290.

The Naval Air Systems Command has a sole source (RBC Corporation) requirement to continue program management, research, design, development, engineering, procurement, test and evaluation, training facilities and equipment, and repair and modification support services to support the Maritime Surveillance Aircraft Program, PMA-290. This is an interim effort to provide support services to PMA-290 for a period of performance of 01 March 2009 to 17 November 2009 until a competitive follow-on to N00421-04-D-0044 can be awarded. The place of performance is Patuxent River, MD 20670. Sources may submit capability statements in accordance with Numbered Note 22.
