The contractor shall repair an replace the roof, where applicable on OP-1, including tearing off of existing roof, preparation of substrate and installation of insulation, water proofing roofing and installation of flashing materials. Negotiations will be conducted with General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS), Pittsfield, MA. GDAIS is the sole manufacturer of the TRIDENT (II) D5 Strategic Weapon System (SWS) Fire Control System and Attack Weapons Control System and the only source with the in-depth knowledge, expertise, and in-place capability to perform the required effort.
