The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to post a solicitation for a performance audit to determine whether the Academy of Natural Sciences (a NSF grant awardee) system of internal controls over financial compliance and reporting provides reasonable assurance that financial transactions are properly recorded and accounted for to NSF; financial transactions are executed in compliance with NSF award terms and conditions; and funds and assets are safeguarded against loss from unauthorized use or disposition. . The NAICS code is 541211 and the size standard is $6 million. This action is being considered for 100% set aside for eligible small business concerns.
