R -- NRO Independent Public Accountants

The NRO is seeking a contractor to plan and perform annual audits on a Government fiscal year basis and to prepare an audit report of the NRO's Basic Financial Statements and other required statements in accordance with Government Auditing Standards (as revised) and the audit requirements specified in OMB Bulletin No. 06-03. Additionally, at the option of the Government, the NRO is requesting the contractor to evaluate NRO's compliance with Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA).
