Ft (approx): 7,729 ABOA Office Sq.Ft (approx): 3,311 ABOA Minimum Total Sq. Ft.: 10,600 ABOA Maximum Total Sq.Ft: 12,000 ABOA Parking Spaces (Reserved/Secured): 8 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 15 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: 1) Space must not be located in a liquefaction zone that is designated as higher than "Very Low". 2) Space must be contiguous. 3) 22' minimum warehouse ceiling height. 4) Warehouse space must have the ability to maintain temperatures between 65 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit. 5) 200 lbs./sf minimum warehouse floor load. 6) Building must have emergency backup power system. 7) Office space must have a minimum ceiling height of 9ft. 8) The Government must have roof rights for an antenna and associated equipment. 9) At least one (1) 15' wide x 15' high, motorized, insulated, overhead rolling door for warehouse ingress/egress. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic (RP8) and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, (if any); • Date of space availability; • Building ownership information; • Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking, (if any); • Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; • List of building services provided.
