(RSF): 7,276 Space Type: Office Space Parking Spaces (Total): Eleven (11) Parking Spaces (Structured or Surface): Eleven (11) Structured Parking Spaces Parking Spaces (Reserved): n/a Full Term: Fifteen (15) years Firm Term: Ten (10) Years Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: • Location must have a 640 foot setback from active railroad tracks, daycare and schools. • Location must not be located in the immediate vicinity of any facilities identified by the Inter-agency Security Committee (ISC) as ‘hazardous materials transportation/storage facilities'. • Location must not be located near Public Defenders, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Probation Offices or other businesses/ facilities deemed unacceptable by the Tenant's Physical Security Unit (PSU). • 20 foot setbacks for vehicles facing perimeter walls of building where the Agency occupies space. • Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. • All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s).
