Offered buildings with more than 1 elevator are preferred. Secured reserved parking spaces within close proximity to the building main entry are required. Offered building must be located on a high-traffic roadway or multi-lane thoroughfare. Offered building must have traffic signals within two blocks to provide safe, convenient access. Offered building and space must not have outdoor space directly accessible from the premises. Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
