The U.S. Government is interested in leasing warehouse space in the area of Albany, New York. The Government seeks approximately 4,830 rentable square feet of warehouse space. The rentable must yield a minimum of 4,600 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF). The lease term requirement is for 15 years and 5 years firm. GSA may terminate this lease after the 5 th year on ninety (90) days written notice to the Lessor. Furthermore, there is a requirement for six (6) surface parking spaces. The space must be available for occupancy by February 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The delineated area is described by the area below: The location must be within a 15-mile driving radius of the FBI field office located at 200 McCarty Avenue, Albany, New York. The Offeror will need to clearly demonstrate compliance with this location requirement. Other applicable requirements include: Two (2) overhead doors with a minimum of 12' x 14' high, electronically operated roll-ups. A trench drain will be needed in front of each overhead door inside of the facility.
