GSA requires fourteen (14) structured or reserved parking spaces for use by Government employees. Moderately priced eateries and other employee services must be located within one-quarter mile of the site. TENANT: Department of Defense – Office of Inspector General LOCATION: Offered properties shall be located within the following delineated areas of Mission Viejo, California: North: La Paz Road East: Marguerite Parkway South: Crown Valley Parkway West: Moulton Parkway Both sides of boundary streets shall be considered.
