The space should yield 6,168 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Parking requirement is 18 surface parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North : West Wendover Avenue and Yanceyville St. to Battleground Avenue to Westridge to Joseph Bryan Boulevard to Fleming Road to Ballinger Road and I-73 West: I-73 to I-40 South : I-73 and I-40 to Guilford College Road to Hornady Rd to Bridford Parkway to Hilltop Road to Highpoint Rd to W. Lee St. and S. Dudley/Bennett St. East: Bennett St/Dudley St./Yanceyville St between W. Lee St. And West Wendover Avenue The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm , and should be fully serviced.
